Technical warranty is the basic warranty of any electronics product. The warranty covers technical problems that occur during normal usage of the product in the conditions specified by the producer. The warranty can be used in your own country directly from the producer if the manufacturer offers there service world wide or directly from Elita electronics in case the producer does not offer world wide warranty. I n any case elita electronics will offer you total support and advice.
Elita electronics reserves its right to verify if the product requires maintenance, repairs or if any modifications were made to the original to determine if the product is still covered by the warranty. In case the warranty is expired and the defects cannot be covered free of charge we will try offer the possibility to repair your product for a fair price.
We reserve the right to keep the product and the payment In case we discover a fraud attempt in your return. We fully support the fight against Fraud over the Internet. And we will apply ANY methods moral or immoral to deter these practices. The products we sell on this website are classified into two main categories :

Base products are products with a relatively bigger value such as cellphones, mp3 players, stereos, pc components etc.
Additional products are products with relatively smaller price are in general accessories for the base products. (cases, chargers,upgradeable parts etc)
We chose to group these products into categories in order to keep the prices to a minimum therefore the transport for base products is made through a express courier which often time is a door to door service. Depending on the product transportation is between 3 to 10 business days. In case you are not available for delivery the courier will reattempt delivery and finally if you are still unavailable the package will be sent to a collection center and you will be required to pick it up. In case the package is not picked up it will be returned to us*
Additional products will be made to the post office with a delivery time of 6 to 10 business days. This service offers us the possibility to maintain reduced transportation costs. Often you will be required to pick up any products we may ship through this service. In case the package is not picked up the package will be returned to us*.
